Very disappointed. It tasted like hot seaweed. No smokey bacon flavor at all. Europe has a much better faux bacon and vegan products than we do. I have 14 dollars worth of seaweed tasting cardboard even my dogs won't eat.

This is my first time eating another brand vegan bacon product outside of the difficult to find "Worthington Stripples" and the readily available "Morningstar Bacon Strips. These "Beleaf"" vegan bacon slices adequately mimic the taste and texture of pork bacon: although tougher, but tolerably chewable. This product's recipe does include "soy" based ingredients which arguably (based on various health report and findings) may or may not negatively impact men"s health. My only gripe is that the sodium content of 600 milligrams per 2 strips is comparatively high. I'm presently enjoying the slices on a multigrain bread sandwich with my favorite spread. Eventually, I want to pair the vegan bacon slices with vegan fried eggs once they're available to purchase separately through the "Allvegetarian" online store. Yes, I do plan on purchasing the vegan bacon slices again after the 6 packs I ordered are depleted.

I have been looking for a replacement "bacon" that works as a crumbled addition to my salads. This was a good replacement. I am not yet vegan or vegetarian -- and enjoyed the flavor and texture. I tried it baked and I also sauteed in a little olive oil in a cast iron skillet. I liked the sauteed version better because it was crispy. The other was similar to canadian bacon. This was a good purchase and I will buy more.

This vegan bacon is incredible.. its chewy if you want it to be or it can be taken further for crispyness! It smells taste and feels like the the real thing but minus the dead animals :) I really was blown away. This is hands down the best veg bacon on the market in my opinion, and its such a joy to cook with! 10/10

Really, really good vegan bacon. I like my bacon crispy and not greasy (rather dry) and this works as a great substitute for the real thing. My favorite way to prepare it is to spray a liberal amount of oil (cooking spray) on a foil-lined baking tray, cut the bacon into fourths to make smaller pieces and lay it out not touching. Then spray again on top. Bake in the convection oven at 375 for 15 minutes. It comes out all crispy crunchy goodness! I like to pair it with the vegan sunny side up egg, Daiya cheese and sourdough English muffins to make vegan bacon egg "McMuffins". A real treat!
