We have been enjoying this roast every Thanksgiving for the past five years or so. It is my favorite plant-based "turkey". The crust/"skin" is so crispy and yummy, the meaty part is tender and has just the right amount of chewiness for me, and the filling is so unique and delicious. I love it! We are having it again at our Thanksgiving meal tomorrow, and my whole family is looking forward to it. (We also enjoy the drumsticks as appetizers on Thanksgiving--my kids' favorite "treat"!)

This roast made our Thanksgiving dinner! I've tried a variety of family gathering center of the plate vegan dishes and most just didn't meet the occasion. But this roast had it all, the crispy outside layer, the great smell as it roasts and on the plate. The "turkey" part has a wonderful texture and chew, not mushy. But the stuffing is out of this world. So often these stuffed products look great in the picture and then you open them and it's just a mushy gelatinous mess. This stuffing had real pieces of vegetables and the variety made it just delicious. Even non-vegans loved this roast. It is a bit pricy but it is very large and a single slice really fills you up so if you consider the number of servings it is well worth the money. I can't wait to have it again. Don't hesitate to purchase for any occasion.

I am in love with this roast! It is huge, meaty with great portions. The stuffing inside is really healthy and a plus if you're a mushroom or nut lover. this roast! It has a great crisp in the oven if you baste in olive oil and spices. I liked that you did not need gravy with it! I ate so much and I did not feel like I had a food coma at all, still felt healthy and great!

I was surprised the turkey roast was frozen solid when I got it. The dry ice really work well and it was pack nicely. I was a little concern at first that it might not meet my taste expectation as it is quite expensive combine with the shipping cost but it certainly did not disappoint as the roast and stuffing was so delicious and goes very well with my mashed potatoes and gravy even my non-vegan son likes it. Since there were only 4 of us I roasted only 1/2 of the roll and can't wait to roast the other half for our New Year's meal. Will certainly buy again for special occasion.

The meaty wrapping is one of the best I've had and the stuffing is very unique. I was pleasantly surprised to find lotus seeds in there! It made for a memorable Halloween meal and I'm looking forward to having it again on Thanksgiving.
