These came right on time for a lunch I was planning as a special treat for some friends. I made my own teriyaki sauce and marinated the 'chicken' breasts overnight. The next day I baked them on the top shelf at 400 degrees in the oven for 10 minutes, then turned them, basted them, and baked another 10 minutes. They were a big hit! People were given the choice to eat them on their plate or as a burger on soft, homemade burger buns and homemade vegan mayo. I also made the vegan potato salad to go with it. They were delicious and people remarked how they mimicked real chicken breasts in taste and texture.

This is the best mock chicken on the market. Comes frozen solid packed in thick styrofoam. Arrives promptly.
It is so versatile and I make so many vegan meals using this product. Sliced chicken with lemon and capers, chicken pot pie, chicken salad, chicken Parmesan, stir fry etc. You can substitute for any real chicken dish except maybe chicken soup. You can grind and make meatballs or meat pockets. Highly recommend!!!!

I love this product. It has an amazingly close texture to chicken and I use it to make chicken salad, chicken pot pie, grilled marinated breasts, chicken with lemon and mushrooms, stir fry and on and on. Basically anything you make with boneless chicken you can use these filets. Just brilliant!!!!
